The battle for RuneScape gold is much more complicated, yes, but everything in OSRS is more complicated. Not having a tool belt and having to remember what I want to bring with me for every single skilling action alone is cumbersome. The fastest way is labor intensive. As much as learning what QoL attributes you will find in RS3 is overpowering is just overwhelming.
I went to old school, remade an account in Rs3, got overwhelmed, and felt this way initially. However, I got angry at how grindy RuneScape had been, and I wanted things such as Lodestones that I had a taste of. Finally I changed back, but chose to create an Iron I was not tempted to just rush elements of RuneScape, and have not looked back. Some things I learned along the way: EoC is great, but you will need to learn it. You can do so whenever you need. I did complete revolution for a good long while and only switched when I started studying Vindicta, which gave me an appreciation of this machine. I do full revo for slayer tasks because I am lazy and it does when you are not bossing.
Wheel of Fortune getting shoved down your throat sucks, but the Iron encounter is in fact quite pleasant and eliminates the matter. There's a lot more to do in RS3, and also some zones seem amazing. The 6th age storyline is also good, so I advise checking it out if you like lore. Additionally, leveling in general feels more participating (minus agility. Agility stinks. You all have some rooftop classes to spare?) That's also not the point. They're not saying they do not understand to go quests do, they're saying they are overwhelmed, and that I don't blame them.
As an OSRS friend of mine put it:"I know doing quests is vital, but my point is that RuneScape simply kinda frees you into this place with shit everywhere, everything's an event. While being bombarded by:'pick up leaves to the leaves on the ground day occasion! Additionally it's christmas halloween in the exact same time and also do the yak open some gambling chests and proceed these 5 quests today! There is so much shit happening all the time and if you're new, you don't have enough time for it all." The issue isn't"what if I do first?" It is if they could find RuneScape out.
Well explained. And remember, in the middle of this, everyone has luminous wings and 10ft tall demons and staffs that always burst all over your screen... even the graphics are trying to overwhelm you. Where the bankers were at the ge anymore if I had been a new player, I would know. I've been playing with RS3 for 18 decades. Above all, I hate the ridiculous cosmetics in RuneScape. It doesn't seem like RuneScape anymore and it ruined RuneScape more. That is coming from a man that's been wearing bunny ears this entire time. I stick to rs gold 2007 low population worlds now but it's getting lonely.
